You don't need a leader for this, nor an organization, other than you've built yourself - or maybe none at all. The only thing you need is courage.
➡ Uniqueness is a fact. Don’t be afraid, hide, or even negate it. Nature does not replicate 1:1, in absolutely no area. Not even two snowflakes are the same.
➡ Uniqueness is attractive. People often feel a deeper connection or attraction to individuals, companies (or, as we've seen, even elephants) that are authentic, original, and express their genuine selves. Authenticity and originality are appealing because they convey confidence, self-awareness, and a sense of trustworthiness.
Yes, we all share commonalities, and no one is 'better' or more 'worthy,' yet in our totality as we show up in the world, we are still all unique.
➡ Uniqueness is a gift (and an obligation). You are here to discover yours, develop it, and then give it to the world, because only YOU can do that.
And that gift, in turn, is what other people might need to find their own. It's a missing piece of the vast puzzle called Life, we are all playing together.
That's what Purpose is about: your passion + your unique gifts + your contribution (a simplified version of the somewhat over-engineered IKIGAI).
