2 most effective ways to break your inner limits

"I am too old"
It's a common narrative (and deceitful trap) not only in terms of founding a business but in any bigger change or transition.

So how can you, in general, mitigate these inner limits posed by your inner self-critique?

➡ The second best way is proactively LOOKING for counter evidence (--> there you go with the graphic below).

➡ And the best way is CREATING this counter evidence yourself by simply not believing everything your inner voice is telling you about yourself AND JUST START!

How can you challenge and not believe this constant negative self-talk?

E.g. by applying the 4 ingenious questions of Byron Katie:

1️⃣ Question 1: Is it actually true?
2️⃣ Question 2: Can you absolutely know it's true?
3️⃣ Question 3: How do you react—what happens—when you believe that thought?
4️⃣ Question 4: Who would you be without the thought?

📌 Don't buy the excuses your own mind is selling you!

What are your practices that work to start acting despite doubting self-talk?
