My Story & Purpose
Over 20 years of experience in strategically supporting Executives and Entrepreneurs in professional and often related personal learning, transformation, or growth situations. I strongly believe that an authentic Life purpose and aspiring Vision is the foundation and glue that connects career excellence and personal growth, while also creating the freedom to enjoy your desired lifestyle.
- After completing my Law degree in Hamburg, I spend several years in Marketing for two international corporations and earned an MBA from ESADE Barcelona / Stern Business School New York in 2000. Since then, I’ve worked as a Management Consultant, progressing through several roles and eventually becoming Co-Managing Partner. After a profound job and purpose crisis in 2008, which erased many of my certainties, I transitioned to work as independent professional. I also began practicing Yoga, followed by a four-year teacher training, that opened new horizons, particularly in combining rational with intuitive intelligence.
- During that time, I actively began discovering and refining my personal Life Purpose and Vision, – a topic that fascinated me on an organizational level since my MBA end of the 90’ies. I genuinely believe that living on purpose strongly drives both peak performance and happiness. Realizing the influence it had on my Life, it became part of my calling to help others find their own purpose and restructure their job and life accordingly, so they can realize their full creative, productive, and fulfillment potential.
- As an aficionado of art and music, I’ve also spent years passionately co-organizing lifestyle projects like Tweakfest and Sunday Breakfast in Zurich and Barcelona.
- Faced with a sudden market shift and travel restrictions during the Covid lockdown, I adapted by diversifying into Executive coaching to share my 15-years of intense dedication to high-performance, personal growth, and spiritual systems. All these challenging but essential career shifts and transitions over the years brought me closer to my passions, unique gifts and therefore “true essence” and full potential.
- Since 2001, I have primarily lived in Zurich, and since 2018 also (once again) in Barcelona. Living in two locations has always been part of my vision, as the characteristics of such different cultures are highly enriching, allowing me to combine the best of both worlds: reliability, strong work ethic, and performance orientation with a Mediterranean climate and lifestyle.
